Anderson University graphic design students earned a record 7 Student American Advertising Awards (formerly known as ADDY Awards) in district competition. District 3 includes the Carolinas and Virginia. Anderson students won 3 gold awards and 4 silver awards. The total of seven AAF Awards is the most ever for the highly regarded graphic design program at AU and was more than any university in the district won. The Anderson entries will now move on to the national competition.

Anderson has won national ADDY Awards on several occasions and is one of only two universities to have won multiple national awards in the same year.
