Housing

Anderson University is home to 21 different on-campus residence halls that feature a wide variety of campus-living options, ranging from traditional halls to apartment-style suites. Each residence hall is designed to foster a sense of community and well-being, as well as several good options for studying. Nearly half of the residence halls have been constructed in the past six years and feature the most modern living arrangements available. Each residence hall is staffed by a student Resident Advisor on each floor as well as a full-time adult live-in professional in each living area. Students who carry an academic load of at least 12 hours (full-time) enjoy the excitement, community and support that comes with on-campus living.

Boulevard Residence Halls

The five residence halls on the Boulevard adjacent to the front of campus are the newest residence halls at Anderson, with the first opening in the fall of 2007 and the last in the fall of 2014. Boulevard is an all-female area with a fun mix of first year through seniors, which provides a unique community where students can get to know and learn from their peers.
