Academic Background

James has been a citizen of three countries: New Zealand by birth, and Australia and the United States by naturalization.

He enjoys the “just-right” size of Anderson University and the surrounding town. “Not too big, not too small.”

He sees the media economy changing from mass media to “mini media” and students will need to prepare by being able to produce and integrate text, audio and images in static (print) and dynamic (video and web) formats.

BA in Journalism, International Relations and Public Policy, Deakin University

MA in Radio Programming and Production, Regent University

Ph.D in Communication Studies, Regent University
