Requests for guests to come to campus should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event regardless of payment. Allow additional time if this is a new supplier/individual or if a background check is needed.
- Reminder: Without prior approval, no commitment to pay has been created as per Fiscal Policy and Procedures.
