Nursing 591 Advanced Pathophysiology; Nursing 541 Primary Care Across the Lifespan; Nursing 640 Cre of Special Populations; FNP clinicals classes

I have been in clinical practice for 33 years and love taking care of patients. I also loving nursing. I have felt for years that I was called to teach and give back a little of what I have learned. To that end, I completed my doctoral degree. When God opened the door for me to teach at Anderson University, I felt no hesitation about coming full time. One of the best parts of teaching at Anderson University is the encouragement to continue clinical work so that now I see patients one day a week and teach the rest of the week. It has been a wonderful growth experience for me. I know I am doing what God would have me do.

I wish prospective student knew how much potential for growth there is in nursing. In nursing, you can be a staff nurse, an office nurse, a flight nurse, an ICU nurse, an executive nurse, a research nurse, a professor nurse, a lawyer nurse … the list goes on.

The thing I find most enjoyable about working at Anderson University is working in a faith-based organization. These are not just words at Anderson they are the way business is done.
