Whether you are making "A"s on your writing or worried about passing, the Writing and Multimedia Center (WMC) can help you build your skills to the next level. Rather than being a place that’ll edit your papers for you, the WMC will equip you to revise and improve your own writing. We’ll guide you from your first outline to the final edits of your writing project. Writers at all skill levels are welcome at the Center, and we extend a special invitation to our international students and English language learners. Services are available for on-campus students and for online students.

Caring and collaborative

Our tutoring staff consists of students who have demonstrated strong writing and interpersonal skills and have been recommended by professors. Once hired, tutors participate in a semester-long training course to learn the fundamentals of peer tutoring in writing. Our goal: To serve students in a caring, collaborative environment to give them the tools to become better, confident writers.

Drop in or sign up
