Whether you are making "A"s on your writing or worried about passing, the Writing and Multimedia Center (WMC) can help you develop your writing practice. Rather than being a place that’ll edit your papers for you, the WMC will equip you to revise and improve your own writing. We’ll guide you from your first outline to the final edits of your writing project. Writers at all skill levels are welcome, and we extend a special invitation to our international students and English language learners. Services are available for on-campus students and for online students.
Register for an account with our online appointment system, MYWC, to schedule an appointment to meet with one of our tutors. Face-to-face sessions and online video conferences are both available through MYWC.
All assignments welcome
Any and all writing and multimedia projects are welcome in the Writing and Multimedia Center. Writers working on projects in any academic discipline, from history and nursing to business and criminal justice, can visit the Writing Center for help. Our tutors can also assist with résumés, cover letters, and job applications for those seeking internships and who are about to graduate. We have style manuals on hand and we can help guide you to material to help you with formatting and citation for MLA, APA, Chicago, and Turabian Styles.
