Transfer Articulation Specialist - Part-Time

Anderson University’s Office of Undergraduate Admission invites applications for a part-time (20-25 hours/week) Transfer Articulation Specialist. The Transfer Articulation Specialist will articulate transfer credit evaluations for undergraduate student enrollment. Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Admission and Advising, the Transfer Articulation Specialist is responsible for reviewing and evaluating transfer credit for new, continuing, and returning undergraduate students; creating academic progress reports for prospective and admitted students; identifying courses with preexisting articulation agreements and notifying the Assistant Registrar. This position must possess the ability to maintain the confidentiality and security of student education records and provide a high standard of hospitality, while also understanding institutional policies and procedures, curriculum programs, annual catalog, academic regulations, registration data systems, and graduation/degree requirements and costs.

The successful candidate will possess one to three years of experience in higher education, preferably in Enrollment Management with MS Office and Google Workspace competency. Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in transfer evaluation preferred. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail required, as well as ability to effectively apply policies in diverse situations. Good communication and time management skills also essential.
