Shuttle Bus Driver – Part Time

Anderson University’s Transit Department office invites applications for a part-time position as Shuttle Driver. Anderson University is an innovative, entrepreneurial, premier comprehensive, liberal arts university affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention. The university seeks candidates with a strong Christian value system, lifestyle, and commitment to the integration of faith and learning.

Responsibilities will include operating a small shuttle bus or shuttle van around the University campus to offer transportation for students, faculty, and staff as they move about campus.  Drivers will be required to follow established transportation routes in addition to providing specialized transportation services for special events. Weekend shifts may apply. Additional responsibilities will be required as directed.

Qualified candidates will have a SC driver’s license and clean driving record. Knowledge equivalent to that gained through a high school diploma is preferred. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a commitment to the safety of university faculty, staff, and students.
