Marketing Campaign Specialist

Anderson University’s Marketing Department applications for a 12-month, full-time, Marketing Campaign Specialist. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will serve as a key contributor for the design and optimization of lead generation and omnichannel campaigns. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will create successful campaigns and lead student acquisition and engagement efforts across the student lifecycle (enrollment to alumni/donor) via email, SMS, and other advertising channel. This role involves the simultaneous coordination and collaboration with the University’s Admission Department and Deans to market new initiatives to support the growth of Anderson University and its student retention efforts.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, the ideal candidate will possess knowledge equivalent to that gained through a bachelor’s degree and previous work experience in a similar role or related field. Working knowledge with creating A/B tests and

marketing automation tools (HubSpot) is required; HubSpot Marketing Certification and Salesforce Tableau experience is preferred. In addition, superb communications skills and the ability to balance several projects and campaigns simultaneously is essential.
