Director of Blackbaud Database and Development Analytics

Anderson University invites applications for full-time Director of Blackbaud Database Management and Development Analytics. The Director manages and supports all aspects of the operations, security and advancement of the fundraising database. Key responsibilities include creating systems for constituent management; implementing Raiser’s Edge features to enhance donor and user experience; producing donor and financial reports; providing leadership through identifying, building and analyzing weekly development reports; and prioritizing, analyzing and meeting deadlines under frequently changing priorities.

The successful candidate will understand the relationship between data capturing accuracy and donor/fundraiser building, the importance of data collection best practices, and will be capable of communicating aptly with team members to ensure effective utilization of Raiser’s Edge. In addition, at minimum a bachelor’s degree and advance experience with database management and working knowledge of project management and data migration required.  The position requires effective interpersonal communication, strong understanding of reports and data analytics; and excellent MS Office skills. Prior experience with Raiser’s Edge preferred.
