The Director manages and supports all aspects of the operations, security and advancement of the fundraising database. Key responsibilities include creating systems for constituent management; implementing Raiser’s Edge features to enhance donor and user experience; producing donor and financial reports; providing leadership through identifying, building and analyzing weekly development reports; and prioritizing, analyzing and meeting deadlines under frequently changing priorities.
The successful candidate will understand the relationship between data capturing accuracy and donor/fundraiser building, the importance of data collection best practices, and will be capable of communicating aptly with team members to ensure effective utilization of Raiser’s Edge. In addition, at minimum a bachelor’s degree and advance experience with database management and working knowledge of project management and data migration required. The position requires effective interpersonal communication, strong understanding of reports and data analytics; and excellent MS Office skills. Prior experience with Raiser’s Edge preferred.
