Digital Production Manager

Anderson University’s Marketing Department invites applications for a 12-month, full-time, Digital Production Manager. As a key member of the Marketing and Communication department, the Digital Production Manager executes organization-wide digital projects, while also serving as the website manager to create memorable user experiences. This position will serve as the primary contact for internal and external client requests, providing a personalized customer service experience that aligns with the University’s mission with the overarching goal of advancing Anderson University’s digital presence. Responsibilities of this position will include the prioritization of digital production projects, including scoping, planning, and monitoring performance and will proactively communicate and coordinate project goals and deadlines with teammates throughout the content production process. Additionally, the Digital Production Manager will oversee the university’s content management system (WordPress), maintaining existing pages, updating digital content, and will build new pages, blogs, and posts. This role involves additional partnership, leading continuous improvement efforts that support Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEM, Web Design and Development standards and remain current in Digital Marketing and Higher Education marketing trends.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related field and at least 2 years previous work experience as a website manager, or related field. Working knowledge with marketing automation tools (HubSpot), content management systems (WordPress), and compliance with W3C Web Standard required. Proficiency in HTML, AHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, MySQL, and JavaScript preferred. In addition, superb communications skills and the ability to balance several projects and campaigns simultaneously is essential.
