Administrative Assistant – Office of Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources invites applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant for Human Resources serves as a key member of the Human Resources staff by responding to questions, resolving issues and providing daily support to colleagues, utilizing excellent customer service skills. Primary responsibilities include drafting job postings, processing supplemental pay requests, coordinating verification of employment requests and assisting with the coordination of the employee exit processes.

An associate’s degree and 2-3 years of related administrative experience is required. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills also required, as well as MS Office proficiency.  Ability to exhibit an extremely high level of confidentiality and maintain and protect the confidentiality of records and information. Must be detailed oriented and able to effectively multitask.
