Why teach at AU?

Exercise and nutrition is extremely complicated. Sometimes there is not one cut-and-dried answer to a given situation.

How would you describe your classes to someone who has never attended one?

Critical thinking and practical application based. To be successful, students must be able to think and apply concepts to many different real life situations.
