Community Service

A Christ-centered education provides additional opportunities for personal growth through emphasis on service to others. Regardless of your personal religious affiliation, community service provides double value to you as an individual: first and foremost is the value it provides to the community, to individuals in need and to our society as a whole. But beyond that, your own growth is dependent on experiences that expose you to people from different walks of life and from other cultures. Anderson University students have a great opportunity to make a difference in the community, and many who go on to successful careers in service-oriented professions found their future through volunteer activities during their college years.
