Q. How much does it cost?

A. This service is at no cost to you. Please check with your carrier because regular text messaging rates may apply.

Q. When will my service become active?

A. Your service will become active when you validate your account. You should receive a validation email at the email address you indicate when signing up. In order to receive alerts through the AU RAVE emergency notifications  system, you must follow up by validating the account through this email.

Q. What if I don't have a cell phone?

A. If you don't have a cell phone, sign up for email only notification.

Q. What if my cell phone carrier is not among those listed?

A. If your cell phone company is not listed, then it is not able to subscribe to the text messaging service. You will need to choose to receive notifications by email only.
