Use only for outward facing service offices that may require assistance in locating. Ex.: The Village Residence Hall: Bottom Floor

Only include the phone types if you are using two phone numbers.

Only include a fax number if it is necessary information for your role at the university.

Use only for role related accounts. Only enter the part of your profile URL after the “/in/” portion.
