Christian Community, Hospitality, Ministry Environments, Sacred Spaces, and Point of need ministry to the entire AU family.


Campus Ministries Staff provide point of need ministry to students, faculty, and staff on a daily ongoing basis on many levels. This includes but is not limited to; worship gatherings, gospel driven service opportunities, local church partnerships, spiritual leadership development, Bible study small groups, Campus Ministries’ Retreats (BCM, FCA, Women, RUF),  connecting students to mentor networks, giving international students rides to and from the airports (Atlanta Intl, GSP, and Charlotte Intl), outreach events for connecting with commuter students, 1on1 conversations over cups of coffee, hospitality, meals, Bibles, books, and other resources for spiritual formation of students, faculty, and staff, community mission projects such as Back Yard Bible Club, Lot Project, Saluda Baptist Association, Child Evangelism Fellowship, women’s ministries, athletic outreach ministries, and many other intentional ministries on campus and in the surrounding community.


To build intentional relationships with all students, faculty, staff, local churches, and surrounding community members.

To provide free resources for spiritual formation such as Bibles, books, and other free give away items to raise awareness of campus ministries available to all students, faculty, and staff.

To create environments that represent authentic Christian community.

To provide tangible support to students in their time of ministry need such as a cup of coffee.

To provide pastoral care to all members of the Anderson University Family.
