The Anderson University Teaching Fellows are led by a director and an advisory council and are under the Anderson University College of Education. Representatives from each cohort are elected in the freshman year to serve on the Leadership Team. Each cohort has a president, vice president, secretary, and public relations chair. All Teaching Fellows have access at all levels of leadership. Each year, the Leadership Team participates in a three-day conference discussing new topics, approving the upcoming year’s events, scheduling events, and bonding. This Leadership Team consists of Advisory Council members and Teaching Fellows from all cohorts including the officers and others from each cohort.
