When did you start teaching at AU?
Why teach at AU?
After serving as a principal and superintendent for so many years in multiple areas, I want to teach and mentor those who desire to pursue those positions of leadership. AU has an incredible reputation for academic excellence and I wanted to be a part of all that the University is doing to prepare the next generation of school and district leaders.

Teaching! Teaching is my passion, and I am in the zone when I am with students teaching about any facet of public education.
How would you describe your classes to someone who has never attended one?
We learn all facets of how to lead a school or school district. Having served as a principal and superintendent, I bring practical, real-world experience to the theories we discuss.
