What classes do you teach at Anderson

I teach Elementary Spanish 111 and 112, Medical Spanish and Oral Communication.

What year did you start teaching at AU

Fall 2016

Why teach at AU?

Anderson University offers an extraordinary opportunity to be part of an academic Christian Community that really cares about students and helps them in the process of growing their faith while at the same time encourages them to think critically.

What do you find most enjoyable about working at Anderson University?

Anderson University offers me an opportunity to share my passion for teaching and my faith in a respectful academic Christian community environment.

How would you describe your classes to someone who has never attended one?

As a language professor I always look for ways to integrate fun into the learning process. In my classes communication is the most important goal. Create opportunities in the classroom for students to express themselves in Spanish. Learning a language also opens their minds to other cultures as well as to be able to think critically.
